Manny was a great host and we enjoyed our stay.  We were working on hurricane relief and the place was perfect for what we were doing.  The living spaces were clean, comfortable and tidy. Highly recommend this airbnb. Its a very cute house. Tucked in the back of a private road. Very quite and lots of privacy. It had all the amenities that you could possibly need. We stayed for a week a had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys. The dogs loved the yard. My husband and I were thankful there was all we needed and more to cook and grill. Homeowners have thought of everything guests might need and even provide dishes inside and out for our dogs, toys and a brush for them too. The house got cold at night which was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe. We went trick or treating and got buckets of candy from the neighbors and the church nearby. There is a gas station within walking distance too with friendly employees. We really enjoyed the home and visiting Cape Coral.

Our group stayed in Swannanoa to do some relief work after Hurricane Helene. The location was ideal for our task. Maybe not the best location for a vacation though.
The units were clean enough however we had a few (livable) issues but Manny quickly responded after our trip.

I would stay here again if the situation arises.

Great Place, After Staying At Multiple Units Around The Same Community, I can say this one was the better equipped, had many extras that makes it just a bit better, it had better variety in cooking pans, 2 coffee makers, electric wine opener, great place for those who brings kids, includes 2 door fences, eating chair and more. 👍🏼

I can’t say enough about this house & Manny as a host.  I booked the house to use with colleagues during a work conference downtown.  

The house is really amazing.  It’s very spacious and has everything provided.  My coworkers were impressed and all slept well.  It was clean and gave everyone privacy.  The outside fire pit & hot tub are nice additions.  The decor was really unique and eclectic.  

We were made aware of Hurricane Helene and the potential damage it could bring but we didn’t worry (I grew up in Florida so this wasn’t my first hurricane.)

Manny, however, had flashlights and batteries delivered to the house in case we needed them.  It turns out we under reacted and should have evacuated.  We lost power and had no water because of the storm.  We were stuck in Asheville for an additional night to which his only concern was our safety.  We also found candles and a lighter to use for additional light.  I think Manny really cares about his guests and his home and it shows.

The house was very nice inside and out. The pool was also a very nice area to hangout for the day and lots of seating throughout the place. The house got nice and cold too at night which we liked and showers got hot. There was a lot of kitchen utensils which was helpful. Our dog loved the place as well and had plenty of yard space to have zoomies. Overall great place to stay, felt very at home and will definitely be staying again.

House is very clean and as pictured. Very comfortable for group of 6 adults. Good spot for Willamette wine tasting. Host very communicative. House is beautiful with great outdoor space. A/C a big plus.  House and host are 5 star. 

 My only negative is that house is at the end of a "private" road, right in the middle of a nice neighborhood. It is a little weird, neighbor has 5 signs about it being a private road with 5mph limit. Neighbor immediately sent host a meesage about us driving "too fast" in the "private" road the first day. Neighbor seems very nosy and house very close. Not the hosts' fault, but just FYI.

I found Manny's place to be just as described in the listing.   All of my questions were answered immediately.  I didn't meet Manny in person, but whenever I sent him a text, he answered right away.  The area was very nice and I felt safe.  I loved the pool, especially in the evening....so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home and will book again if I return to the area and it is available in the future.  Thank you, Manny!

This was a great place to stay and was close to Asheville, Black Mountain and other areas of interest.  Our favorite parts of the house were the covered porch where our group of 8 spent much time relaxing, playing music and catching up, as well as the hot tub and the fire pit.  

Only negatives were the main floor dishwasher was broken and wasn’t able to be fixed while there and the living area could benefit from additional comfortable seating.  The carved wooden chairs were beautiful but quickly became uncomfortable.  

As a side note, we were there the week before Helene struck and destroyed the area.  We all were heartbroken seeing the devastation in that area that may never be the same.  Hoping all in that neighborhood are safe.

We stayed here for a girls trip over a long weekend. The space was perfect for our group of 8, enough room for us to spread out and each have some privacy but still come together in the common areas. The view off the back porch is breathtaking. There were a couple of minor, unforeseen hiccups, but the host was very responsive and had them resolved for us quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We have an amazing stay at Manny’s place over the weekend with my friend. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living room was a great space to relax after a day of exploring.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and a welcome basket. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which added to our comfort.

Manny and Daisha are great hosts.  We stayed for almost an entire month, so there were a few issues (as would be expected) - however, Manny and Daisha were always very responsive and very helpful.  One example - we had an issue with the dishwasher.  Within 24 hours, Manny had ordered a new dishwasher and hired someone to install the new dishwasher and remove the old.

The view from this property is absolutely stunning.  However, the driveway is very steep and not for the faint of heart.  It is obviously a trade-off between a stunning view and a challenge getting down to the house!

The place was just as you see in the pictures - beautiful and relaxing. 
Quiet neighborhood and while you have neighbors they are not real close
to the property.  

We were up for National Softball
Tournament so we did not take advantage of the pizza oven - or the backyard patio as much as we would have liked too as our granddaughter did very well and we were at the softball fields daily and wanted to relax inside when we got back got to the house as it was very hot at the fields.  
If we have a need to be in or near Salem again we would  for sure stay here again.  Manny and Dacia are great  hosts.  Thank you

This was our second stay at Manny's house. It's a spacious, bright, airy house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen, well-appointed house, spacious bedrooms. There's also a nice seating area outside on the patio (and a brick outdoor pizza oven if you're so inclined). And only about 12 minutes to downtown Salem, which made it a great spot to stay for our Ironman race weekend. They were flexible with our arrival time. Note that checkout is 10am sharp, unless you request later.

Loved spending a few weeks at Manny’s place in Keizer with my family. Great location and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was clean, and came with all advertised amenities. Manny was easy to work with, proactively giving us information ahead of our arrival, and maintained great communication during our stay when questions came up. Will definitely use Manny’s place again for any future trips.

I was up in Oregon for a college graduation at Oregon State and was looking for a nice place that wasn't too far from the college. It was everything my parents and I could have hoped for. It was an extremely clean Air bnb. The house was in a nice tucked-away area that was extremely quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very homey and it felt like I never left home. Overall a great experience and would book again if I am ever up in Oregon.
