We especially enjoyed that the floors were split up with a kitchen on both floors, it was super nice as we were able to divide the groomsmen and the bridesmaids up. Can’t recommend this cabin enough! Gorgeous Mountain views, beautiful interior, and close to local attractions. Manny was proactive and reached out when there was an issue with the guest before us and had replacements of items missing at our door step the next morning. Beds were extremely comfortable and lots of games and puzzles that we enjoyed! Plenty of firewood provided for the wood burning fireplaces and lots of cozy blankets throughout the cabin. We will definitely look at staying at this cabin again when we return to Asheville!

Manny’s place is hidden in the mountains and very beautiful. He keeps it fresh and clean. He is extremely responsive. I had to message him late in the evening because I was lost and surprised the cops didn’t come because I tried to get in the wrong house. lol it was right below his and it’s his too, thankfully. One suggestion is to have a car that is ready to climb a mountain top because it is steep but everything in a dream stay you could possibly want. We had enough space for our crew and almost makes me want to move. Thanks for your home while we worked disaster programs for the Helene anniversary,

We had a wonderful time at Manny’s place. We were 9 older college friends - we had plenty of beds, plenty of space, and plenty things to do. The house is beautifully decorated - very serene and peaceful feeling. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the starter items such as toilet paper and coffee pods. The house is close to others in the neighborhood but it was very quiet and very little traffic. There are many places to hang out- kitchen / dining area, porch, fire pit- we enjoyed them all. Some of us spent time in the town of Black Mountain and loved it- it is very charming and easy to walk around. My daughter went hiking and some of us went to Asheville- so this house is in a great location close to many activities. Manny was proactive making sure check-in was easy and that we had everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again.

We had such a great stay! The house was very cute, spacious, and perfect for our group of 12 friends. With 6 comfortable bedrooms and two kitchens, it was easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The home was spotless, and the instructions provided were very clear. The host was wonderful and even allowed us an early check-in so we could decorate for a 50th birthday celebration , such a thoughtful gesture! The location was very nice, just a short drive to downtown and local shops. Parking worked out fine, though the upper driveway was much easier to manage with bigger cars than the lower lot. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub since we were only there for one night, but it was such a nice feature to have available. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this home for groups or celebrations.

We had a wonderful few days at Bowtie Mountain View Home. The house and its view were beautiful, had plenty of room for us and was clean and neat. The house is located at the top of a big hill, at the end of the road. Felt like the top of the world. We didn’t want for anything. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen had the necessities if we had wanted to. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries in the area so we found plenty of places for our meals. The little town of Black Mountain has loads of little shops for a whole day of shopping, including antiques. We had such a joyful time as a little family and would def go back. Thanks Manny! You’re a great host.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family which included my elderly parents and 2 dogs. The private fenced backyard was perfect for us to enjoy the warm nights and the pool was welcoming on the hot days. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoy a visit to Oregon's famous Willamette Valley wine country with over 600 wineries nearby our place is Centrally located to get the most out of your trip.   Our house is located  45 minutes from downtown Portland on the end of a private road 5 miles to downtown Salem,  quick drive to the Oregon coast & accessible to the majestic mountains, lakes, rivers & hiking trails Oregon is famous for!  House is beautifully designed with a dry bar, outdoor pizza oven, cozy indoor tent, & office space.

⸻ The house has a lovely style and we enjoyed the overall space. There were just a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness wasn’t quite what we expected. We noticed hair on the bed in the bunk room and in the shower, along with some dust and hair balls in the corners. Some of the walls were also dirty. One of the beds wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped. The pots and pans were very scratched and could use replacing. A deeper cleaning and a few updates would really elevate the stay. Otherwise, it’s a charming place with nice design touches.

This is a cute house in a very private location. It’s very quiet and once you navigate out of the neighborhood, it’s easy access to all the amenities or freeway. If you block off the incredibly steep staircase, it’s pet friendly. The master bedroom is en suite and on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are above the steep staircase. The outdoor sitting area is very nice and the whole yard is Astroturf and rock… Very clean. However, the inside of the house was not as clean as we would have liked. But, Manny was very helpful and responsive.

Allowing early check-in set a great tone for our stay, giving us a chance to maintain plans once we were in town. Great place, secure for dogs, and easy access with codes setup by the host.

Home was beautiful and in a beautiful setting. However, house was not clean and no cleaning products for us to even use. Unsure if bed sheets were washed between our stay as there was hair within the sheets. Beyond that, neighbors dog is small and was running through the yard as the fence in the front is wide enough to fit through.

What a wonderful home. We chose this as our home base for my wife and my wedding. We had our first dance in their back patio with their firepit and the photos were amazing. We cooked our first meal in their home with our close friends after getting married. We were able to use their pizza oven to have an unforgettable memory with our friends. All the while our hosts were responsive and welcoming. Can't recommend this spot more.

If you value quiet, this is the place for you! The home is located at the end of a private road and you will not hear any traffic from the subdivision or the nearby neighbors. The interior of the home is laid out such that you will not hear noise from others in your group. We had a very restful stay here visiting with local family members with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the outdoor seating area and with the beautiful weather, enjoyed it everyday. The pizza oven was a hit with our group and we were able to enjoy many meals together here. The home is a short driving distance from many excellent restaurants and other services.
