Great views with an outdoor space to get the most out of the mountain air with a great fire pit built out of natural stone and hot tub to soak in.
Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please re secure the bins when putting out trash. Parking is limited to 3 cars with an additional spot for a 4th car down the hill.View More

Manny was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. We were working on hurricane relief and the place was perfect for what we were doing. The living spaces were clean, comfortable and tidy. The kitchens were nice. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Overall was a great stay and we highly recommend the place and host.Show more Our group stayed in Swannanoa to do some relief work after Hurricane Helene. The location was ideal for our task. Maybe not the best location for a vacation though.
The units were clean enough however we had a few (livable) issues but Manny quickly responded after our trip.
I would stay here again if the situation arises.

The house is really amazing. It’s very spacious and has everything provided. My coworkers were impressed and all slept well. It was clean and gave everyone privacy. The outside fire pit & hot tub are nice additions. The decor was really unique and eclectic.
We were made aware of Hurricane Helene and the potential damage it could bring but we didn’t worry (I grew up in Florida so this wasn’t my first hurricane.)
Manny, however, had flashlights and batteries delivered to the house in case we needed them. It turns out we under reacted and should have evacuated. We lost power and had no water because of the storm. We were stuck in Asheville for an additional night to which his only concern was our safety. We also found candles and a lighter to use for additional light. I think Manny really cares about his guests and his home and it shows.Show more
