Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please re secure the bins when putting out trash. Parking is limited to 3 cars with an additional spot for a 4th car down the hill.View More

We had a wonderful time at Manny’s place. We were 9 older college friends - we had plenty of beds, plenty of space, and plenty things to do. <br/>The house is beautifully decorated - very serene and peaceful feeling. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the starter items such as toilet paper and coffee pods. The house is close to others in the neighborhood but it was very quiet and very little traffic. There are many places to hang out- kitchen / dining area, porch, fire pit- we enjoyed them all.<br/>Some of us spent time in the town of Black Mountain and loved it- it is very charming and easy to walk around. My daughter went hiking and some of us went to Asheville- so this house is in a great location close to many activities.<br/>Manny was proactive making sure check-in was easy and that we had everything we needed. <br/>We would definitely book this house again. Manny's place is an amazing option for any group visiting the area, and we would definitely recommend it! We had such a great stay! The house was very cute, spacious, and perfect for our group of 12 friends. With 6 comfortable bedrooms and two kitchens, it was easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The home was spotless, and the instructions provided were very clear.<br/>The host was wonderful and even allowed us an early check-in so we could decorate for a 50th birthday celebration , such a thoughtful gesture! The location was very nice, just a short drive to downtown and local shops. Parking worked out fine, though the upper driveway was much easier to manage with bigger cars than the lower lot.<br/>We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub since we were only there for one night, but it was such a nice feature to have available. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this home for groups or celebrations. Jordan

Thanks so much for an awesome safe space to celebrate our bachelorette! We had the best time and the house was a beautiful backdrop for the festivities. 10/10 would stay here again
