Great views with an outdoor space to get the most out of the mountain air with a great fire pit built out of natural stone and hot tub to soak in.
Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please re secure the bins when putting out trash. Parking is limited to 3 cars with an additional spot for a 4th car down the hill.View More

Great stay! We loved how close it was to black mountain. The house was very clean on the inside and was perfect for our large family. Host is an absolute dream! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and exceeded all expectations. went above and beyond with thoughtful touches. Communication was seamless and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. This place was perfect for a low key bachelorette celebration in Asheville! We had lots of space to spread out and well appointed rooms - we ended up with 8 but could have comfortably slept more. We appreciated the living room space to all gather together and hang out, and the beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend! We came up to Swannanoa for a rafting trip and wanted a place to stay so the drive wasn't so long. Manny's place was beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 7. We would definitely return and stay longer next time.
