Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please re secure the bins when putting out trash. Parking is limited to 3 cars with an additional spot for a 4th car down the hill.View More

Great stay, super clean, cozy! We had a small issue with getting in, but manny was very responsive and helpful. We stayed with our 3 sons and their families and had plenty of room to spread out but also all eat together. Very nice!! Margaret

We had a wonderful time at Manny’s place. We were 9 older college friends - we had plenty of beds, plenty of space, and plenty things to do. <br/>The house is beautifully decorated - very serene and peaceful feeling. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the starter items such as toilet paper and coffee pods. The house is close to others in the neighborhood but it was very quiet and very little traffic. There are many places to hang out- kitchen / dining area, porch, fire pit- we enjoyed them all.<br/>Some of us spent time in the town of Black Mountain and loved it- it is very charming and easy to walk around. My daughter went hiking and some of us went to Asheville- so this house is in a great location close to many activities.<br/>Manny was proactive making sure check-in was easy and that we had everything we needed. <br/>We would definitely book this house again.
