This house was just as described and newly renovated. The spacious kitchen and double living areas were great for our group. The location was ideal as you are a 10 minute drive from the quaint town of Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Asheville.  Access to coffee shops and restaurants within 10 minutes as well. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The cabin had a beautiful mountain view and was perfect for our group of 12. The place was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were incredibly kind and responsive. They even allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Absolutely beautiful property! The view is breathtaking, waking up and being surrounded by the mountains is a feeling I will never get tired of. Manny was a very responsive and attentive host. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon!

Manny was  wonderful host. Very easy to get ahold of when we had questions and very friendly. The home was gorgeous and relaxing. We bought groceries for the entire week and just stayed in the home. Such a beautiful home and the views were unforgettable!! Traveled with my in laws and newborn baby and it was such a cozy house with all the amenities I needed for my family! The closest grocery store is 40 min away so come prepared! The roads are a little scary at night because of the construction but the directions were easy to follow. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this house!

We had a great birthday celebration at Mannys place. Host was responsive and flexible. Place was extremely cozy and cute. They made sure we had enough wood for fireplaces, kitchen had everything needed for cooking multiple meals. Lots of space, peaceful and gorgeous views. The only thing that was missing was hot water, we ran out every day and it was only 9 of us. Hot tub was great but also quite dirty (it all could’ve been due to power outages, not sure). Anyhow, thank you for having us. Would love to come back one day!

Glad you all had a great stay! Our water heater is the largest we could have for the home, we do recommend spacing out showers for large groups. Sorry you guys ran out of hot water at times.

Unbelievable location - at the end of a long day in the park, walk past the bus lines and be back at your place in 10 minutes tops. Great value, roomy, comfortable, and clean. Friendly and responsive hosts - although we didn’t have to ask for a thing as everything was great. Will absolutely stay here again.

We had a good stay overall. It was a good location near downtown Asheville and the house had amenities like fire pit and hot tub which we enjoyed. The house was clean, but the floors did seem a bit dusty and the bathroom doors could’ve been wiped down. One of the bedroom doors was broken when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and immediately offered to fix it, which we appreciated. Aside from those small issues, the space was comfortable and matched the listing. Would stay again with a few minor improvements.

This house did not disappoint for many reasons.  Accommodations were great for all 8 of us plus a dog!  Kids LOVED downstairs - TV, sectional couch, pool table, games and access to hot tub (w adult supervision).  And the adults enjoyed it too, plus we had upstairs to have some quiet.  Easy in and out; 10mins from Black Mountain that has everything if you want to leave.  Great place to vacation with family & friends!

Manny‘s house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The view was probably the best view that we’ve ever had when staying in the mountains. The amenities were great. The house was super accommodating. The property felt safe. The beds are comfortable. We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb‘s this year. Many of them did not stand up to the listing photos or amenities. This place was nice, clean, and updated.

Home was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens. Very clean. Both floors with kitchens, but not equally equipped. Upstairs kitchen was our main food prep area - pretty well equipped. Enjoyed the k-cups for a quick cup of coffee. Thank you! Appreciated the washer and dryer on each floor. Lots of clothes to wash after a lot of dirty work on rebuild projects. Wooden furniture was unique, but not comfortable. Would be nice to have more comfortable furniture/chairs to go with the couch so we could all sit together in one room and socialize. The upstairs dining table was large, unique and rustic. Great place for a lot of people to eat together. Manny was proactive in making sure our check-in went well and made sure we had check-out instructions. Curtains in bedrooms were too sheer. You could see everything through the windows at night. Blinds would be great for privacy. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything about the cabin was just perfect! It had a great view of the mountains even better than what you see in the pictures, was super clean and organized, and offered plenty of space. We really enjoyed our time!

Wonderful inside and out! Great for families and business trips. A real fire place pizza oven…unbelievable! They went to great lengths to make it a truly fun place to be. The community is nice and quiet. Access to the house is actually the neighbors driveway so if you plan on going out on foot you’ll need to leave by car and find a place to walk/run as the neighbors are grumpy enough to let you know they don’t want you on their private property. A better access agreement needs to be created cause I can see people being unaware regardless of the signage. Please don’t let that deter you as it’s a beautiful place to be. Just a little logistics tip to help you enjoy your stay.

My family and I had such a great time at Mannys house. It was clean and neat, plenty of areas to hang out at and the hot tub was the best, especially at night because the sky was lite up with stars. Such a beautiful experience!!!

This house is really comfortable and beautiful. We were 8 people and had more than enough space for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet but you are super close to Disney parks. All beds were very comfortable and the washing machines are really useful. Manny and their team were very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here with our wedding party the night before our wedding and had a fantastic time! Extremely easy to find, and a lovely home. We especially enjoyed that the floors were split up with a kitchen on both floors, it was super nice as we were able to divide the groomsmen and the bridesmaids up. Overall a fantastic stay and extremely easy checkout process!

4800 SQF Black Mountain cabin with AMAZING views with the privacy of 4 acres and the convenience of paved mountain roads with easy access to Black Mountain and Asheville. Lots of space for family and friends to feel comfortable. Cabin includes hot tub, pool table, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, grill, two indoor fireplaces and so much more. Great cabin to spend your vacation relaxing or if you prefer to explore the great outdoors there is plenty of that too! 15 mins from downtown Black Mountain and 30 mins from Asheville. 
Please note- the driveway is steep, going straight down as you enter. Take your time especially if you are not used to driving in the mountains.

Beautiful home.  Amazing views, fireplaces, decks, grilling area, hot tub!!, the house is extremely comfortable, well appointed, elegant in a rustic way.  Close enough and far enough from town.  We would definitely return.
