Can’t get any closer to Animal Kingdom other than staying on Disney property. Spacious luxury town home perfect to relax at with a group or family after a day at the parks or any nearby Orlando activities.

Any questions my wife or myself are usually available and will respond as quickly as possible. We have 4 little ones ourselves so we don’t sleep much anyway ;)
Centrally located gated community. All other houses are also short term rentals. Easy access to Disney/Universal. Lots of varied stores, restaurants and amenities across the street. Close enough to the HWY to get into downtown Orlando if needed.

Uber is a short ride to any of the parks or nearby restaurants.

Amenities
The space could use a good deep cleaning. The bathroom showers all had mildew. The upstair master shower was so clogged that you stood in 6 inches of water while showering. Additionally, the space is very dusty. The amount of dust on the ceiling, around the closet and A/C unit was very bad and unslighly. The carpets upstairs were also visibly stained and very dirty. We always wore shoes due to this. The check in experience was ok, the code we recieved was incorrect but it was addressed quickly. One evening the keypad for the lockjust started going off constantly. We were told to use keys and find a screwdriver and take the batteries out. I will say the space is large, and will fit a large family. It is also very close to the parks and many amenities. With a little TLC to some paint and a VERY good deep clean this would be 5 stars. Perfect location for the theme parks in orlando, lots of restaurants near by, great space for out family of 5. Hosts were very responsive with emails and clear instructions given. We would choose to stay here again when in the Orlando area. Melissa
