We’re lucky to have fresh, natural well water—but it’s a shared resource that needs care. Your small efforts make a big difference! 🌱 Easy Ways to Conserve: ✅ Shorter showers = More water for everyone! (Tip: Try a 5-minute timer.) ✅ Turn off the tap while brushing teeth or shaving. ✅ Full loads only for laundry & dishes. ✅ Report leaks—we’ll fix them fast! Why it matters: Our well can’t keep up with heavy use, so every drop saved helps avoid shortages. Thank you for being mindful—we truly appreciate it! Community quiet hours are 11pm- 8am, please be mindful of noise levels, the mountains carry sound No Parties If you move furniture please put back where originally found Weapons are not allowed on property. Please place trash in bear box outside. There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risks if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury. The home is located on the side of a mountain, please supervise children when outside to prevent accidents. Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
