We are on a private road with other houses and share the mountain with a family of black bears 🐻 so please secure the bins when putting out trash (the bins are bear proof so just make sure you close them). This home is located in a neighborhood, quiet hours are 9pm-8am. Please do not be outside making loud noises or playing music at those times. Also note the road is winding and drive is a little steep, please be cautious when driving. Road and driveway are paved, 4 wheel drive not necessary but helpful.
