After dinner, step outside to soak in the large hot tub under the stars. For the ultimate mountain experience, head up to the incredible fire pit area at the top of the property. The stunning, panoramic mountain views from here are simply unmatched. Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance. Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate. No Parties- Home in residential Neighborhood- now loud outside noise after 10pm If you move furniture, please put back where originally found. 2 Pets Allowed with Pet Fee Weapons are not allowed on property. Do not leave fire unattended in fireplace overnight or when leaving the home. If wind our high refrain from using wood burning fireplace, this may cause smoke to come into home. Always make sure flue is open. There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting that risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury. Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
